WHERE DO WE SHIP TO ðŸ“¦

We currently ship orders to all of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to all military APO and FPO addresses. Plus, for your convenience, all orders over $75 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. In case you need your supplements in a hurry, we’ve got your back! ðŸ‘Š We provide 2 Day Shipping options at checkout to ensure speedy delivery right to your doorstep.

SHIPPING UPGRADES

Additionally, we offer UPS® Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air® shipping options. The prices for these expedited shipping methods are auto-calculated based on shipping weight and location and will be shown to you at checkout.

Just a friendly heads-up:We want to ensure you receive your packages as quickly as possible! We ship the majority of packages on the same day you place your order. However, there may be instances where it takes us 1 business day to process your order. Please keep in mind that our shipping time cut-off is 12 pm EST, and we only ship orders on business days Monday – Friday. It’s important to note that this processing time also applies to orders with expedited shipping methods.

We want to make your experience as smooth as possible, so if you have any address changes or cancellations for processed orders, don’t worry! There won’t be any additional charges for these adjustments.

DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated delivery time of your order is largely based on your location. In extremely rare events, some orders may take longer due to possible shipping carrier delays which are out of our control.

PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES

Most of our orders ship the same day or within 24 hours (Monday – Friday). The time your order takes to ship is also dependent upon the availability of the product ordered and the accuracy of the billing and shipping information you provide. In the rare event that there will be an out of the ordinary delay in shipping your order or we need additional information from you to complete the shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that the delivery times listed are based on the date the order is shipped and do not include processing and handling times.

CHARGES FOR REFUSED & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us by UPS, FedEx, or USPS due to reasons like incorrect addresses, missing apartment/suite numbers, refused packages, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we won’t charge you for the return. Additionally, we stand committed to ensuring that you receive your order. As such, we will re-ship the items free of charge up to two times. If after two re-shipments, the package still fails to reach you, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order. Please note that while the re-shipment is free, shipping costs initially paid will not be refunded.

ORDER CHANGES AND ASSISTANCE

Need to cancel, edit, or remove an order? No worries! Just reach out to us as soon as possible to make those changes. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any modifications.

👉 For address changes after shipping, please directly contact your carrier. They’ll assist you in updating the delivery details.

👉If your order has gone missing, please inform us immediately, and we’ll work with your carrier to try to resolve the issue.

SHORTAGES / WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

Any missing items must be reported to SHA PAY LLC within 72 hours of receipt. Once we are able to confirm the error, we will either send replacements or issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed missing merchandise.

In the rare event that we ship you an item other than what you ordered (as seen on your order invoice), do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us immediately so we can exchange it for the correct item at our expense. SHA PAY LLC is not responsible for wrong items or flavors ordered due to customer error.

IN STOCK VS OUT OF STOCK

We have 1000’s of products in our warehouse, but also get 100’s of orders each day. If a product shows In Stock, it will typically ship out the same (if ordered before 12 pm EST) or the next day. If a product lists “Out of Stock”, the product is most likely on backorder.
